All transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

You may cancel any subscription by following the instructions within your account or by contacting contact@eclipsenovel.com.

5. User Content

Users may upload or publish original works, including stories, comments, and media (“User Content”).
By publishing content, you represent that you are the rightful author or have the necessary permissions, and you grant EclipseNovel a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your content within the platform.

EclipseNovel does not claim ownership of your work, but reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright law, our community standards, or any applicable legislation.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Upload or distribute illegal, defamatory, or obscene material;
Post plagiarized content or works belonging to others without permission;
Use the Service for harassment, spam, or fraud;
Circumvent security systems or attempt to disrupt platform operations;
Exploit minors or post explicit adult content involving minors.

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind.
EclipseNovel does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor that the content will always be accurate or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EclipseNovel, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, if applicable, before the competent courts of Managua, Nicaragua.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by maintenance or updates.
